"Who you are is how you supervise"

CSA Accredited Supervisors are different because our approach is different.

Founded in 2005, CSA was the first organisation ever to be accredited to provide leadership training specifically focused on Coaching Supervision. Since that time, Executive and Business Coaches from around the world have turned to CSA as their education partner. Our students come from a rich and diverse range of different backgrounds, cultures and experiences; our accredited graduate supervisors work worldwide in a wide variety of different contexts.

Our approach is to develop the human being as well as the professional practitioner. Our work is grounded in a deep appreciation of our shared humanity, an honouring and respecting of uniqueness and our care for the earth. Personal development is foundational as we aim to bring mature and reflective practitioners into the supervision profession.

We provide a thorough grounding in classic and contemporary models of supervision along with extensive supervised practice in these models. Our course responds to developments in coaching and in contemporary leadership and we update the curriculum accordingly.
