We are currently interviewing for CSA’s Accredited Diploma in Coaching Supervision in London, starting October 2017.
CSA is a global leader in the provision of first-class supervision training for coaches, leaders, HR and senior managers. This elite programme offers training in several supervision models and in contemporary learning processes. It pays due attention to information beyond models such as embodied presence work, multi-layered dialogues, field awareness and the art of reflection. These ensure competence in the ‘post-conventional consciousness’ that enables our graduates to be effective supervisors in complex and ever-changing environments. Our graduates across the world have the skills, the knowledge – and the mettle – that are needed to excel in the heat of supervisory work.
The CSA programme has been accredited by EMCC and approved by ICF for many years.
This is the 12th annual programme that we have run in the UK. In 2017, we are also running programmes in Singapore, Seattle and Avignon. We have trained over 500 executive coaches and leaders since 2006. The programme is regularly updated in response to graduate feedback and to the global market; so CSA graduates can work confidently in many professional and business contexts.
As Course Director, I know that the programme provides an intensive, rigorous and engaging learning experience. One of the reasons that the course is so successful and so well regarded, is that each programme is backed by an outstanding, committed team of at least 15 trainers, tutors, webinar leaders – all excellent supervisors.
