Biographical Info
Amanda Horne is an accredited organisational coach, executive coach, coaching supervisor and facilitator. She has a collaborative, respectful and supportive style which encourages clients to engage in reflective conversations which lead to learning, exploration, insights, enhanced perspectives, improved performance and enhanced relationships. Amanda uses a strengths-based, solutions-focused approach combined with adult learning theory, adult development theory, leadership theories, coaching and supervision frameworks. Amanda works closely with her clients to tailor flexible programs which support her clients’ requirements. She works with leaders, managers and executives at all levels in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. She volunteers her coaching and facilitation services for not-for-profit organisations and for schools.
Prior to becoming a self-employed in 2003, Amanda worked for Ernst & Young for over 20 years in Australia, UK, USA and Canada. After a short stint in auditing, management roles included change management, technology and knowledge management implementation programs, influencing stakeholder relationships across the firm, coaching and mentoring staff and partners, and facilitating training programs.
