Creative Training

We are passionate about how supervision can better support the work of people professionals – coaches, mentors, leaders, educators, HR and OD, and development practitioners. All of these professionals are on the front line of today’s seismic shifts in how we need to work, live and relate in our business communities so that our societies may thrive and flourish.

We are designing a programme for 2016 of Insight Film Series, Webinars, Community Days and Residential Retreats.

Curious? Excited? Read on to find out more……

Small charges are being made with discounts offered to CSA graduates to enable us to invest further in our research, development and writing.

Here is more information on each:

  • CSA Insight Film Series

The Insight Film Series Set 1 is the first set of 6 short films in which experienced international coach supervisors offer their honest reflections and engage with the dilemmas/resolutions that are part of their daily professional dialogues at the front line. You will benefit from their insights and from the many practical tools and tips they share. Set 1 is now available for purchase from the CSA website for £120.

  • CSA Live Interactive Webinars

A series of six 75 minute webinars focusing on key themes and dilemmas for supervisors; and is open to all supervisors. Each webinar will be led by internationally recognized experts in their field and will combine a short presentation, teach piece, show case and /or live demonstration, with plenty of space for individual and group reflection and learning with signposting to further tips, materials, and resources. Each webinar will be offered twice to cover the different international time zones. Each webinar will be charged at £20 (and £15 to CSA accredited graduates) and will be eligible for a CPD Certificate.
