Biographical Info
| Anna Syrek-Kosowska has a depth of experience(ab.17years) in executive coaching, coaching supervisor (Polish Coaching Chamber), business psychologist, and trainer and assessor, both as an internal and external consultant. She works in Poland, and frequently in the FMCG, engineering and financial services.
Anna studied psychology (PhD) and management at Silesia University in Katowice. She was a Trainer at UPC (in-house), and later became Co-Owner Centrum Szkoleń I Psychologii Biznesu (csipb.pl) and ASK Expert – consulting and training company (for 15 years). Now, she is a business psychologist who is responsible for assessing managerial potential at Global Psychologists Team SABMiller/Kompania Piwowarska. She has lived and worked in Poland and coached all levels of leaders. She is a first women who completed one-year course at Coaching Supervision Academy (the UK) and she is Coaching Supervisor at Polish Coaching Chamber (individual and group supervision). She founded and she is in the role of a Director one-year post-graduate study in Coaching (Professional Coaching Academy) at Academy of Business in Dabrowa Gornicza. She is Author of articles (ab. 50) and Expert in HR area for media: Personnel i Zarządzanie, TVN 24, onet.pl, Coaching, Coaching Review, etc. She is a Lecturer at university level (HR, coaching, Psychology). |
