Biographical Info
Antonino Musumeci combines a strong background in Human Development with 25 years of practical experience in Human Resources. Nino started out with an apprenticeship in Swiss railways and then he moved in HR field and worked for Swiss and International companies. During his career, he has an extensive experience in individual development, leadership development, change and project management, Merger & Acquisition, key and high-potential development, and consulting in Human Resources. He works in national and international companies where he held both regional and EMEA level positions. His leitmotif “Discovering and valuing our what, when, for what and for whom, that is what makes us who we are: a unique person”.
He brings diverse experience from a range of sectors including airlines, engineering, education, management consulting and pharmaceuticals. He obtained several degrees in human resources and continued his professional training with the PED program at IMD Lausanne. He then developed his skills in coaching and hold a Master’s degree in Communication and Leadership as well as the Supervisor Diploma in Coaching. He also holds the titles of NLP Master Practitioner, ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and he is a trainer in coaching. Nino grew up in Switzerland and he is fluent in French, Italian, German and English.
