Barrett McBride, PhD, MCC, has been coaching professionally for 20 years. For more than 15 years she has been CEO of McBride & Associates, an executive coaching and management consulting firm. The focus of Barrett’s coaching practice is leadership development of senior leaders, coach training and development, mentor coaching and coaching supervision. Barrett coaches senior leaders in many professions, with a special focus on leaders in transition, leaders new to senior leadership roles and leaders in organizations facing change. She has a strengths-based philosophy that has proven successful in helping senior leaders expand their personal and professional effectiveness. Barrett is also dedicated to developing the executive coaching profession through supervising coaches, research, teaching, facilitating workshops and seminars, and mentoring.
