Cristian Tudoran is an executive coach with over 13 years of experience supporting people and organizations attain maximum effectiveness. His background includes working with national and international organizations (CEOs, senior managers, and board of directors).
As a Practitioner Coaching-Mentoring for life, a Facilitator in the UK Academy of Executive Coaching, and an Associate Lecturer of the University of Bucharest, Mr. Tudoran has accumulated over 25 years of experience in business administration and over 20 years in organization development.
At present, Cristian is founder and President of the Business and Executive Coaching Association for sustainable development – ACEA, Vice-President of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council – EMCC Romania, founder and former Vice-President for Independent Directors Association whose primary scope is to promote Corporate Governance.
As an Executive Coach, Cristian Tudoran works with CEOs, senior level executives and department managers. His practical business background as an executive dealing with the complex challenges of running a successful business are blended with his extensive experience as an executive coach. His clients include from Fortune 500 organizations that are mature and have a well-defined market share to start-up firms where rapid change and fierce competition are a constant companion.
