Biographical Info
Based in West Yorkshire and working across the UK and overseas, Jan has been operating as a coach supervisor since 2003. She supports both coaches in training and experienced coaches, creating a learning partnership that adds value to the coach, the coach’s client and the client organisation. Jan helps her clients take a meta view of their work, their relationships with others and with the organisation. The focus is on ethical practice and providing added value for the client and their organisation by helping the coach to step back and reflect on their practice, to make sense of complex situations encountered in the working environment and to identify alternative strategies for moving forward. In this way supervision operates at many levels by providing professional development, quality assurance, ethical and emotional support and helping to build resilience.
