Biographical Info
Jo Fisher is a Leadership Coach (ICF) & Coach Supervisor (CSA), Jo holds a Masters in Management from Graduate School of Business, University Technology Sydney. Jo has over 20 years experience in Banking and ICT, most recently she held position of Asia Pacific Leader for Organisational Development, Diversity and Coaching. Here Jo was global supervisor to both trainee and experienced coaches and trained the global HR community in Coaching. She used face to face and also various technology solutions to ensure a global reach for each client.
Jo has a passion for cross cultural coaching & supervision and the need for independent formal supervision for all coaches, including the growing number of internal organisation coaches & leaders as coaches. Jo especially enjoys working with coaches and leaders across Asia Pacific and the challenges these cross cultural scenarios bring to the table. Jo loves to work with coaches across all geographies and areas of their coaching and at all experience levels.
