Biographical Info
Lily Seto is exciting to be joining the CSA team! She has a background in Human Resource, Organizational Development and Adult Learning. She had a career in the public service where she was the Coaching Strategist, introducing an internal coaching service and creating a coaching culture.
Lily is currently the owner of Lily Seto Coaching and Consulting, where she specializes in facilitation, coach development and leadership coaching. She is an accredited PCC coach with the International Coach Federation and is the current ICF Vancouver Island Chapter President. She is a Certified Executive Coach through Royal Roads University as well as an Evidence-Based Coach through Fielding University. She has an MA in Leadership and Development and is a trained Coach Supervisor as well as Coach Mentor.
In her spare time, Lily can be found lying in the sun on a sailboat, or making jewelry, travelling to observe animals in their natural habitat, or hanging out with her two grandchildren, who are a great source of joy and inspiration for her.
