| Enthusiastic, warm and informal in approach, I am a versatile coach and coach supervisor, working across personal development and coaching, leadership development and career transition. I specialise in using creative interventions within professional development and research, including creative and therapeutic writing and use of stories.
A former trainer and mentor in a Mental Health Trust, I have trained, coached and mentored at all levels across a wide range of organisations in both the public and private sectors including NHS, Health & Social Care, Education, and Voluntary Sector. My passion and strength lies in working in a transformational way to improve professional development, personal and reflective learning, teamwork, resilience, engagement, confidence and communication skills. As a writer, I also bring a creative edge to my supervision work which invigorates the change process, innovative thinking and engagement.
