Michele Roy is a Professional Certified Coach with over 17 years experience working with successful leaders in a variety of organizations. She engages leaders in essential activities that foster relationships and deliver business results. She has coached senior leaders in oil and gas, construction management, financial services, information services, engineering consulting and health services, as well as entrepreneurs.
For the past 6 years she has been working collaboratively with organizational stakeholders to implement and deliver programs focused on leadership succession, team alignment and change implementation to promote the creation of a positive working culture.
Michele has been a member of the International Coach Federation’s global team of examiners and is currently a designated Professional Mentor Coach and Coach Supervisor. In 2010 Michele received the “Prism Award” for coaching excellence from Chevron Canada Resources.
Michele supports her supervisees in becoming outstanding observers of their work, stepping out of the mechanics of coaching and into insightful dialogue. Inviting the supervisee to harvest their self doubt and claim their gifts in service of their client work and relationships. Her clients describe her as compassionate and insightful.
