Biographical Info
Monique Connor is a partner at PwC where she leads the Partner Development strategy for the US and, in this role, is responsible for developing and advancing the talent of the Firm’s 3500+ US partners.
She also leads the Firm’s Executive Coaching Center for Partners and serves as an executive coach, consultant, and facilitator, working with senior executives on leadership development. As an executive coach, Monique works with her clients to help them achieve their potential, deepen their skills, enhance their impact, and navigate through career and life so that they experience a greater degree of professional and personal fulfillment. Leadership and people development are the cornerstones of her 30+ years of experience during which she has had a wide range of responsibilities and accomplishments, gaining a reputation for high quality client service and consistent delivery on complex, large-scale initiatives. Throughout her career, Monique has delivered achievements in Culture & Change, Strategy Definition & Execution, Client Service, Program/Project Management, and P&L Responsibility. Prior to her roles in Strategy, Human Capital, and Partner Affairs, Monique served as a CPA and tax advisor to clients in the investment company industry. She also has significant international experience working across cultures and with diverse populations.
