Biographical Info
Nathalie is a trainer, talent and organisational development consultant and certified coach and supervisor for senior executives and managers in the Public and Private sector.
With over 17 years of work experience, Nathalie has a multicultural past experience namely in the petroleum, institutional and banking sector as: project and relationship manager of key financial institutions. She has also experienced being an expatriate for 12 years.
She integrates this experience in her current assignments to accompany managers of different levels and experience to improve their leadership and management styles. She also provides consultancy, trainings, individual and team coaching at various levels in organisations to integrate the human dimension in change management and to optimise positivity and productivity in teams.- Certified team coaching Intl : 360 organisations , teams and leaders (2012)
