“Shirley is an accredited Master Coach, and an accredited coach supervisor (CSA). She has an M.Sc Organisational Psychology, B.Sc (hons.) Psychology.
She has lived and worked in the Gulf region for over 15 years, and resides in Dubai. She works as an executive coach across a variety of industries including petrochemical, finance & investment, telecommunications and FMCG companies.
She provides coaching and coach supervision both for in-house and external coaches, & to both individuals and groups. Her aim is to improve coaching knowledge and skills across the GCC, and to offer her support through her accredited coach training programmes.
Techniques from a variety of theoretical and practical backgrounds are used in all the above scenarios, in particular solution-focused, cognitive behavioural tools & transactional analysis (TA) techniques to encompass a broad holistic approach. She is also Level A and B accredited, which enables her to use a wide variety of psychometric tools; including personality profiling.
