Biographical Info
Sim Choo is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and accredited Coach SuperVisor accredited with CSA Diploma in Coaching Supervision. She is part of a thriving global community passionate about Coaching Supervision and Executive Coaching, whilst conducting supervision of international coaches from Europe, US and Asia Pacific amongst others.
Over the last 30 years, she is grateful for the opportunities to collaborate across borders as a Leader and passionate Talent Mentor. Driven transformation initiatives for the clients as she transitioned and coached the staff to embrace a growth mindset. Her career spanned organizations, including IBM where she was consistently recognized for her professional tenacity and strategic perspective, when engaging with C-suite levels.
As the Innovation Coach, Clients have successfully envisioned possibilities, re-framed themselves, feeling excited in initiating powerful initiatives. She assesses ICF Coach certification. Served on ICF Malaysia board 2016-2018. She is an accredited Coaching Supervisor of Association of Coaching Supervisors.
