Based in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, Tom understands what it is like to be at the top. As a former Citibank Vice President, Chief General Manager (CEO) of Gulf Bank, and COO of RHB bank, he capitalises on his C Suite experiences to coach Senior Management from various industries to make a profound difference.
His clients found his ontological coaching approach holistic and effective in helping them discover all that is within themselves and open their view to new ideas and possibilities. He taps deeply into their inner awareness and help them develop new ways of seeing situations. This is extremely important, as Tom believes that Leaders not only change their behaviour, they create the mindset needed to sustain that change. Tom’s coaching helps transform Leaders, enabling them to produce and accelerate positive business outcomes.
With over thirty years of multi-national experience and a global perspective, Tom worked with leaders in both well-known MNCs and major local organizations/conglomerates from US, Middle East and Asia.
Background – Tom was raised in Shanghai, educated in Hong Kong, England and United States, and has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and has the unique combination of both a Western management style/philosophy with an Asian heritage.
