Based in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, Tom’s trademark is elevating C-Suite executives to become more authentic leaders inspiring their entire organization to excel both internally and externally. His core competency is the ability to help coachees quickly become aware of the underlying issues that drives their behavior and is particularly adept in blending Western Management style with Asian Business Enterprises.
A former banker for over 25 years, Tom’s executive experiences include – Chief General Manager (CEO) of Gulf Bank in Kuwait, Chief Operating Officer of RHB Bank in Malaysia, Regional Head of Asia for National Australia Bank, AIG in Hong Kong and Vice President for Citibank in the United States. These C-Suite experiences help Tom successfully coach senior executives from various industries to make a profound difference.
He earned his BSc in Mathematics from Columbia University/University of San Francisco and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. In coaching, he is PCC certified with ICF, Accredited CSA Supervisor and many Leadership and Profiling assessment instruments and tools. He is also a Board Member ICF Ethics Independent Review Board at ICF International.
