Just as the tree that perched on the side of a busy cross road, watching an ever changing scene, all as it should be, nothing out of the ordinary.
At the corner of life’s crossroad, people and cars taking turns to navigate this crossing, this moment in time. A spectator to all that it should be.
This tree that shelters a younger tree, giving shade and protection and possibly joined at the roots to provide nourishment.
Such is the function of a supervisor, never quite in the foreground, but holding a corner of a perspective to allow growth, to allow shade, to allow.
