SPECIALIST COACH SUPERVISION GROUPS:
INVITING IN NATURE AS DYNAMIC CO-PARTNER LONDON 2019
Are you an experienced coach already ‘walking and talking’ with your coachees?
Would you like to learn how to:
*optimise the impact of integrating nature into your coaching? *create psychological safety and containment for working outdoors? *use the natural environment to deepen your inquiry into your own practice?
Expressions of interest are now invited for closed specialist supervision groups to meet 4 times in the year in a central London park.
Executive Coach MAC; Accredited Supervisor CSA Specialist in nature as dynamic co-partner in coaching and supervision
Leadership and Change Consultant FCIPD
Catherine has combined her love of nature with her specialist ecotherapy training to integrate the natural world into her coaching and supervision practice. She is passionate about its potential to accelerate internal processing and the importance of creating psychological containment in an uncontained open space. Catherine delivers masterclasses to other coaches wishing to develop their expertise beyond their ‘walk and talk’ practice.
Each group will contract and be facilitated to enable a deep level of listening and a mutually supportive, reflective holding whilst experimenting with different natural holding environments. Nature will be invited in as a resource for supervisees to explore their own practice and notice personal patterns of being and doing. Group safety will model that equally required for working 1:1 with coachees in an uncontained outdoor space.
Enquiries are welcomed.
Practicalities:
Maximum 5 coaches per group.
4 x 3 hour sessions over the year; dates to be agreed between the group members.
