New in Paris this spring : 2 Supervision groups
A French speaking Supervision group
The intention is to propose :
– a new format of supervision in Paris, aligned with what is done in UK for example where supervision is much more developed : 2h monthly sessions during 6 months
– more accessible in terms of price to facilitate access for coaches who are still in training or launching their business : 60 euros per session
– with a limited number of people, 8 maximum, to create that safe space to get back to oneself, reflect, get support and insights within a peer group
– with the Full Spectrum Model of Supervision created by CSA as guideline for the work : contracting and ethics, systemic awareness of contexts, supervision tools, energy management, relationship building and sustaining tasks, self-awareness and support, psychological perspectives, coaching / counseling boundaries
An English speaking Supervision group
The intention is to propose to French speaking coaches the opportunity to improve both their English and their professional practice.
The group will be limited to 8 persons maximum to facilitate that intimate field of work and vulnerability. The safe space created will allow coaches to be, reflect, get insights and support for their own benefit and the benefit of their clients.
The monthly session duration is ½ day so that coaches get time to feel at ease and relax with the language challenge. The cost of each 4 hours session is 120 euros.
Each session will be guided by the Full Spectrum Model of Supervision created by CSA : contracting and ethics, systemic awareness of contexts, supervision tools, energy management, relationship building and sustaining tasks, self-awareness and support, psychological perspectives, coaching / counseling boundaries
Gaëlle Coqueblin is launching these initiatives. She is a CSA Accredited Coaching Supervisor, a PCC Executive and Team Coach and an Institute for Social and Emotional Intelligence Certified Coach. She is working with coaches in France and worldwide, in French and in English, face to face and on Skype.
She has been working for more than 20 years, including in marketing and human resources manager positions. She is willing to propose to French coaches an openness to worldwide trends, tools and approaches she got access to while living in Mauritius for the last 5 years. She is back to Paris since November 2014.
