Being a supervisor is sharing my CSA training gift : I got access to my wholeness melting that professional part of me, trained in “how to be a good coach” with that personal one embarked on a spiritual journey through compassion, heart openess, unconditional acceptance. I see my role as providing to coaches that secure space to take a breather, reconnect their internal compass, reflect and get insights. The conversation dynamics are anchored in collegiality, transparency and mutual respect.
I also provide Mentor Coaching for those who are willing to better understand and embody the ICF 11 Core Coaching Competencies and /or willing to get ICF credential.
I lean on more than 20 years professional experience in marketing and human resources and I have been coaching since 2008 at Executive levels. I have also an international coaching experience in Mauritius during more than 5 years (2009/2014).
