Biographical Info
I have been working for more than 22 years in leadership development. I feel enthusiastic about supporting and inspiring transformations that positively impact beyond ourselves, involving the whole system.
As a coach, mentor, coaching supervisor or facilitator in interactions with the individual, teams and/or organizations, I feel deeply challenged to uniquely and artistically co-create the best opportunity for each client.
I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) from ICF, Mentor Coach certified by InviteCHANGE / USA and Supervisor in Coaching accredited by CSA / UK. Since 1996, I have been a Group Dynamics Coordinator (SBDG) and I have studied my Master’s degree in Administration (UFRGS) in emerging strategies, innovation, skills and learning.
I am deeply committed to integrating and potentializing the wisdom of each and of the collective, which is emerging again with existing experiences, and I act by facilitating from a range of possibilities to make learning stimulating and effective.
