Biographical Info
Coach, Trainer, Supervisor, Consultant and Speaker.
Graduated in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, postgraduate in Civil Engineering (UFRGS), Real Estate Business (FAAP) and MBA in Finance (IBMEC).
In 20 years of executive career, he worked in the financial groups Caixa Geral de Depósitos de Portugal, Sistema Financeiro Bandeirantes and Unibanco managing (CEO) or co-managing (Board of Directors) group companies. From 2000 he develops activities as a consultant initially at Solving Consultoria and currently at EcoSocial.
He works with Organizational and Executive coaching, mainly in processes of strategic planning, organizational development, group coaching, executives and conflict mediation.
With a Biography Training (Free School of Biographical Studies), Psychodrama (ABPS), EBC, Evidence Based Coaching (Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara / USA). Training in Conflict Management and Mediation in Organizations (Trigon Entwicklungsberatung München). Coach Supervisor accredited by CSA / London / UK
With over 4000 hours of executive coaching, he has developed and coordinated the EcoSocial Coaching Training Program (ACTP-ICF). Certified by ICF – International Coaching Federation, MCC level, First President of ICF-SP, President of ICF Brazil (2013-2015) Member of ICF LATAM Council (2013/2015) current President of ICF Brazil Deliberative Council.
