I have been coaching since 2003, and on the faculty of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) since 2008. My coaching practice includes both corporate and private clients, and individual and team coaching. As a coach and supervisor I provide an intuitive listening space where my clients are totally free to explore themselves. In supervision, the starting point may be our work, and inevitably this expands to take in our personal, as well as professional, development – and our consciousness as human beings.

Liz is a learning and performance improvement specialist with over 25 years’ experience in consulting, leadership development, coaching and team coaching. She is an expert in driving sustainable performance improvement and large-scale cultural change programmes and has extensive experience of heading up leadership, management and organisational development programmes that have delivered exceptional results.

A highly skilled team coach & supervisor, Liz has particular expertise in people development, cultural change, mind sets, behaviour change, leadership, sales, service and team development.
She has held senior positions, focusing on operational and people development, in both consulting roles and in industry at Ford and Sky and she co-founded Bluesky Performance Improvement, which was sold in 2008.

Liz’s distinctive skill is her extensive experience of enabling sustainable change, working with every level in the organisation to embed growth learning cultures. She is known for her creativity and fresh thinking in her design and helps teams find clarity and transparency to have the conversations they need to have to accelerate performance. She regularly delivers in both small learning sets and to large plenary audiences and has a sensitive eye on the diversity challenges and multi-cultural aspects of learning and development. Most recently her supervision has focused on supporting team coaches in their work with teams and supervising internal team coaches through group supervision.

In looking for meaning in my life, I gave up a career in management consulting to become a coach. And several years into that journey, I was drawn to the magic of what supervision creates wanting more of that spaciousness in my coaching. Now trained with CSA, I have a small supervision practice that sits alongside my coaching practice. I love the reflective nature and slower pace of supervision and would love to invite more coaches to lean into, love and learn in such a space.

As a coach, I work with executives and teams mostly in the technology sector. I work with people who have a sense of agency and an appetite for change. Many of these folk are founders of startups where I find I spend increasingly more of my time.

In previous roles, I’ve developed software, managed development projects and budgeted and strategized. I’ve led teams, mentored staff, brainstormed and had a few of those “hard conversations”. I’ve spent over twenty years in the corporate world.
