My numerous humanistic approaches rooted in Neuroscience, Quantum physics and Energy therapies have defined a collaborative and systemic approach. I apply an ethical and profoundly human style of supervision, all while focusing on achieving goal and mutual collaboration.

Individual supervision can be conducted face-to-face or via skype according to the individual’s availability.

Group supervision takes place over several months with the same work group and follows an agenda which has been agreed previously.

Whatever form is adopted, a preliminary interview should be planned in order to clarify goals, logistics and obligations.

“I have been supervising since 2009 after qualifying as an accredited Coach Supervisor with CSA. I see the process of supervision as one of providing a place for reflection, insight and support creating a very special relationship. I aim to fashion a ‘safe place’ for the supervisee in which they can think through their client work unpicking relationship issues and organisational influences as well as gaining new insights, learning new tools and techniques to help sustain and develop their competence. It is also a place of ‘protection’ should the coach be unwittingly be drawn toward a place beyond their experience or comfort.

I have been coaching senior leaders, executives and private professionals for over 16 years in both UK and abroad and believe in an holistic approach to facilitate effective change that leads to individuals fulfilling their true potential both in an organisational setting as well as their private lives.

I bring to both my coaching and supervision practice, experience gained from 20 years in the Armed Services and subsequently in the public relations industry across the UK.

I have regular supervision with my supervisor and carryout CPD annually to develop and reflect upon my practice, regularly attending conferences, courses, webinars and meeting with peers.

I provide supervision by Skype over the telephone and face-to-face.”

Superviseur de coachs, Coach et Consultant Formateur en management, j’interviens depuis plus de 20 ans auprès de grands groupes publics et privés (pharmacie, chimie, énergie, assurances, recherche, santé), dans un contexte national et international.
Mes missions se déclinent de la manière suivante :
• Coaching individuel auprès de responsables d’équipe, membres de CODIR ou encadrants intermédiaires, dans des périodes de transition : prise de poste, changement de stratégie, changement de posture…
• Team-Building auprès du leader et de son équipe : aide au déploiement d’une nouvelle stratégie, mieux se connaitre, mieux travailler ensemble.
• Animation d’ateliers de co-développement auprès de managers chefs de service et responsables d’équipe.
• Création et animation de parcours de professionnalisation à destination des managers.

Anna Casas works as an executive and leadership coach and as an Accredited Coaching Supervisor.
Living and working in different cultures and countries has provided her with an open and international mentality that it is a key ingredient of her way of being. She is a person with curiosity which brings her to reflect and co-create dialogue. She loves challenges as a personal motivator for her own learning and development.
She has spent more than 20 years in business: 7 years working internationally, in the USA, Belgium and The Netherlands; 10 years involved in Spanish family business, as member of the Board of Directors, Family Council and Shareholders Committee; and 4 years as an entrepreneur and manager of her own business. Her background is in business (Bachelor & MBA) at ESADE (Barcelona, Spain).
In 2010 she decided to do the “re-set of her life” and this brought her into coaching and NLP. That was the beginning of a new era centred in the continuous learning to keep growing personally and professionally. That new era had an inflexion point with the Coaching Supervision Academy training, together with the training in mindfulness (MBSR). Today she combines her business experience with the coaching and supervision knowledge to enhance the professional development of her clients.
She has worked pro-bono with teenagers in risk of social exclusion, accompanying them to discover their strengths and passions and to learn to define their own objectives, so that they can reach a better life.
Nowadays she lives in Spain, between Barcelona and the French border. She loves reading, walking and co-creating interesting conversations and reflections with her family and friends.
