Based in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, Tom understands what it is like to be at the top. As a former Citibank Vice President, Chief General Manager (CEO) of Gulf Bank, and COO of RHB bank, he capitalises on his C Suite experiences to coach Senior Management from various industries to make a profound difference.

His clients found his ontological coaching approach holistic and effective in helping them discover all that is within themselves and open their view to new ideas and possibilities. He taps deeply into their inner awareness and help them develop new ways of seeing situations. This is extremely important, as Tom believes that Leaders not only change their behaviour, they create the mindset needed to sustain that change. With over thirty years of multi-national experience and a global perspective, Tom worked with leaders in both well-known MNCs and major local organizations/conglomerates from US, Middle East and Asia.

Background – Tom was raised in Shanghai, educated in Hong Kong, England and United States, and has an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and has the unique combination of both a Western management style/philosophy with an Asian heritage.

Lorenza is an innovative leadership development professional with senior level, multi-sector experience. She combines a growth mindset with real understanding of leadership, coaching psychology and practical coaching experience. She has a track record of successful coaching with board-level executives, practice leaders and heads of businesses. Since 2003, she has alternated working for clients in her own coaching business, with full-time Senior Management contracts. In 2014&15 she was Head of Coaching with Grant Thornton, a firm known for it’s coaching culture and it’s innovative pool of coaches.

Lorenza has been an accredited supervisor since 2012, having qualified with the Coaching Supervision Academy. She has a relational approach. She creates a safe and egalitarian space through presence and listening. She employs questions, tools and occasionally information, as appropriate to your conversations.

She will mine several perspectives for insights that enhance practice. The relational perspectives are loosely described by the pronouns I, You, We, They and It. Lorenza brings an innovative edge, and makes thinking and learning exciting and practical. In real world networks, the relationships between you and your coachees, (and between them and others) will be mirrored in the microcosm of the supervision relationship. Lorenza will lead you to explore, as relevant, the parallel processes in play.

In her role as Assessor with the Accreditation team at the Association for Coaching, Lorenza reads and thinks in depth about the different manifestations of coaching competences at all levels. She understands, recognises and can choose to use many different methodologies in her coaching.

Coaching is a broad church. Lorenza’s interest in the function and merit of different approaches has led her to obtain training and certification in many approaches over her professional life. She has great skill in identifying your particular strengths to feedback, and conveying, in a palatable way, areas to explore and develop. You’ll find her curious and non-judgemental. Monique Connor is a Partner at PwC where she leads the Partner Development strategy for the US and, in this role, is responsible for developing and advancing the talent of the Firm’s 3600+ US partners. She created and leads the Firm’s Executive Coaching Center for Partners and serves as an executive coach, consultant, and facilitator, working with senior executives on leadership development. Monique works with her clients to help them achieve their potential, deepen their skills, enhance their impact, and navigate through career and life so that they experience a greater degree of professional and personal fulfillment. Leadership and people development are the cornerstones of her 30+ years of experience during which she has had a wide range of responsibilities and accomplishments, gaining a reputation for high quality client service and consistent delivery on complex, large-scale initiatives. Prior to roles in Strategy and Executive Development, Monique served as a CPA and tax advisor to clients in the investment company industry. She also has significant international experience working across cultures and with diverse populations.

Being a supervisor is sharing my CSA training gift : I got access to my wholeness melting that professional part of me, trained in “how to be a good coach” with that personal one embarked on a spiritual journey through compassion, heart openess, unconditional acceptance. I see my role as providing to coaches that secure space to take a breather, reconnect their internal compass, reflect and get insights. The conversation dynamics are anchored in collegiality, transparency and mutual respect.

I also provide Mentor Coaching for those who are willing to better understand and embody the ICF 11 Core Coaching Competencies and /or willing to get ICF credential.

I lean on more than 20 years professional experience in marketing and human resources and I have been coaching since 2008 at Executive levels. I have also an international coaching experience in Mauritius during more than 5 years (2009/2014).
