Being able to help individual’s recognise through Coaching that they can choose to achieve their personal and professional goals is a real privilege. Coaching ‘Super-Vision’ is a discipline within Coaching to ensure that Coaches maintain an ethical and professional approach to their work. In that context it offers an opportunity to explore and develop the skills relating to key coaching competencies with a more ‘experienced qualified Coach Supervisor’ who can provide enlightened support and insight. As a Coach and as a leader you are likely to encounter many difficult and demanding situations, which at times may drain your confidence and resources. The Coaching supervision relationship can help restore a sense of competence and resilience. |
