Welcome to CSA’s International Centre for Reflective Practice
…. Reflect to Create….

CSA’s International Centre for Reflective Practice was founded to celebrate the 10th anniversary since the foundation of the Diploma in Coaching Supervision in the UK. It was also created in recognition of a calling from within ourselves, and within our supervision community, for a central place to go for experiences, resources and connections that stretch our learning and our ability to come home to ourselves in service of those who chose to work with us.

Staff and student enjoy a joke!

The Centre’s purpose is to provide a rich learning and conversational space and home to both support the ongoing personal and professional development of our growing international community of CSA graduates and to reach a new global audience of coaching supervisors, leaders, and development practitioners

  • to enrich and enhance practice;
  • to promote professional debate; and
  • to inspire and share new thinking.

We are passionate, curious and excited about how supervision, reflection and reflective practice can really support the work of people professionals everywhere – coaches, supervisors, leaders, educators, clinicians, HR and OD and development practitioners. The Centre is for practitioners who are working on the front line with their clients and teams to re-imagine and create different ways of working, learning, relating, being and living to respond to today’s world of unceasing change and challenge. For practitioners who are helping others to thrive and flourish and to realize their innate purpose, doing work they love and love to do whilst also feeling fully supported, skilled and refreshed themselves.

We are planning to offer an imaginative programme of Insight Films, Webinars, Community Days and Retreats over the coming months.
