Biographical Info
| I am an accredited Executive Coach and Supervisor, with Diplomas in Leadership Mentoring, Executive Coaching and Coaching Supervision. I am also an accredited NLP Master Practitioner and MBTI practitioner, and am on the faculty of the Coaching Supervision Academy. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years and am a practicing doctor (GP). I have a passionate interest in learning and development and have an MSc in Medical Education. I have co-authored the book ‘Coaching for Health: Why it works and how to do it” with my colleague Jenny Rogers (published January 2016 by Open University Press).
I have trained in a wide range of coaching and supervision-related tools and techniques. A decade down the line however, I view coaching and supervision as being far more about bringing a particular mind-set to the relationship-one which is genuinely non-judgemental, and based on complete confidentiality, trust and respect. My approach is holistic, because I believe that who we are is how we work. I aim to bring all of myself to every session, to be fully present, to work creatively with you and to give you my undivided attention, as we journey together to support you in your work. |
