Edith is a senior executive coach(PCC-ICF) and coach supervisor. She brings to her coaching the scope and depth of more than thirty years of an exceptional global professional career spanning four continents and stretching from her early years as a war correspondent in Central America to the certification as the first qualified coach supervisor in mainland China. She places her interventions at the crossroads of business, civil society and the coaching profession to contribute to the definition and the implementation of global leadership in the 21st century. She grounds her approach to coaching and coaching supervision in the belief that individuals are rich kaleidoscopes and that they operate in escalating complexity. She supports them as they develop authentic leadership that drives business results, and contributes to our sustainable collective welfare. Her systemic approach allows her to bring into the coaching conversation the individual, the team, the organisation and the broader context. She focuses on the dynamic that coaching supports to tackle challenges and resolve dilemmas.
