Biographical Info
Helene has over 25 years of experience in leadership development and talent management.
Bilingual English / French, she has worked and lived in North America, Western Europe and South East Asia. She currently resides in London. She started her career as a strategy consultant and worked in executive search and outplacement. Since 2005,Helene conducts individual and team coaching programs for senior and higher middle management. She has extensive experience working in international and multicultural organizations with C-suite leaders, women leaders, and expatriates. She has mostly worked in financial services, professional services, education, consumer products, government, NGOs and the United Nations.
Helene is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation and is a Board Certified Coach. She holds a Master of Science in Management with HEC School of Management, a Graduate Diploma of Ontological Coaching with Newfield Institute and a Diploma in Coaching Supervision with Coaching Supervision Academy.
Helene is actively involved in the professional development of executive coaches and in research. In addition to her role of executive coach supervisor, she is an Associate and Mentor Coach of the Centre for Creative Leadership and a Doctoral candidate at Oxford Brookes University.
