Biographical Info
My aim as a supervisor is to create a collaboration which builds your capacity for reflection, both in the moment with your clients; and afterwards to aid your evolution as a coach. The nature of this collaboration depends closely on the stage you have reached in your professional development, so that you can experience a balance of support, challenge and guidance, of direction and inquiry that works best for you.
I’m an AC Accredited Coach, an NLP Master Practitioner and a certified Clean Facilitator. Clean Language is central to my practice as a coach and supervisor, though I take an eclectic approach to my own development. I publish The Listener, a highly regarded on-line journal for coaches and supervisors. Having in a former life been a pioneer in developing coaching in the public sector, I have a particular interest in supervision for internal coaches.
Ultimately I seek to bring to my supervision relationships a presence containing curiosity, humility and a deep recognition of the joys and the challenges of coaching, so that I can place myself in service of my supervisees, their clients and the coaching profession. I provide supervision for individuals and groups.
