I have worked extensively in personal and organisational development for many years, both locally with small businesses and globally. Throughout this I have written extensively about my experience. For example, ‘ A Consultancy Approach to Training and Development’, with Patricia Shaw, Gower 1997, through to complimentary papers which are available on request; such as, ‘ Vulnerability, Culture and Coaching’, ‘The Delights and Terrors of Betrayal :Coaching Implications’,’ Coaching,the Shadow and the Transition Curve’ and ‘Envy in Coaching and Coaching Supervision’. ‘ Coaching in Organisations : Between the Lines’ is a core text for the Cipd foundation coaching course.My web-site also has many short blogs on theoretical and practical points related to coaching, coaching supervision and organisation development: Gestalt: the Wider Perspective, The Power of Triangulation and Liminal Phenomena.
I am a qualified transactional analyst ( organisations) and took my MA in Coaching ( Distinction) through work-based learning. My dissertation led to ‘ Intuition in Coaching. I qualified as a supervisor through the CSA and am also qualified in MBTI Steps 1 and 2 and FIRO-B.
In 2016 I will be the keynote speaker at the UKTA Conference and contributing to the ICF Conference on the topic of vulnerability.
