Biographical Info
Liz is a learning and performance improvement specialist with over 25 years’ experience in consulting, leadership development, coaching and team coaching. She is an expert in driving sustainable performance improvement and large-scale cultural change programmes and has extensive experience of heading up leadership, management and organisational development programmes that have delivered exceptional results.
A highly skilled team coach & supervisor, Liz has particular expertise in people development, cultural change, mind sets, behaviour change, leadership, sales, service and team development.
She has held senior positions, focusing on operational and people development, in both consulting roles and in industry at Ford and Sky and she co-founded Bluesky Performance Improvement, which was sold in 2008.
Liz’s distinctive skill is her extensive experience of enabling sustainable change, working with every level in the organisation to embed growth learning cultures. She is known for her creativity and fresh thinking in her design and helps teams find clarity and transparency to have the conversations they need to have to accelerate performance. She regularly delivers in both small learning sets and to large plenary audiences and has a sensitive eye on the diversity challenges and multi-cultural aspects of learning and development. Most recently her supervision has focused on supporting team coaches in their work with teams and supervising internal team coaches through group supervision.
