“I am a fully qualified coach and coaching supervisor with extensive experience in the commercial and public sector.
As a coach I work with my client as a facilitator raising awareness through analysis, challenge and reflection, and therefore enabling the person being coached to formulate their own ideas and solutions. As a coach my role is to be a mirror that enables my client to observe more deeply what is actually happening. My purpose is to create a safe, confidential space for my client to separate the surface issues from their underlying needs so that I can then empower them to move forward.
As a coaching supervisor I work with in service of my supervisees to bring them to a heightened sense of self awareness so they can openly and deeply reflect on their coaching practice. Being trained by the Coaching Supervision Academy has given me the skills and inner resources to work with practicing coaches in an intuitive and adaptive way using the four cornerstones of coaching supervision; contracting, energy management, presence and mindfulness.”
