Biographical Info
An experienced coach, team coach and CSA accredited coaching supervisor and coach trainer, Lynne has 15 years’ coaching and six years’ supervisory experience. She is an AC Accredited Coach and holds a Diploma in Coach Supervision from CSA (2010).
Lynne is skilled at listening, reflecting and facilitating others to find new perspectives and insights. She brings a pragmatic and grounded approach to working in a reflective partnership with coaches. A former UK Vice Chair and UK Head of Standards & Accreditation for the Association for Coaching, Lynne is well-versed in coaching ethics, the importance and value continued professional and personal development and accreditation requirements. She has worked in a broad range of organisations with a good grasp of the complexities of coaching in such environments and working with multiple stakeholders.
As a certified Clean Facilitator Lynne uses Clean Language and Clean Space in coaching and coaching supervision. She utilises the Seven-Eyed and Full Spectrum Models of supervision. Lynne is an NLP Master Practitioner and the co-developer of the Five-Minute Coach. She is the author of Business NLP for Dummies and co-author of The Five-Minute Coach – improve performance rapidly.
