Biographical Info
Ros is an experienced transition coach. Prior to establishing herself as an independent consultant, she worked in a global senior management learning and development role in the oil and gas industry. Ros brings her own personal and professional experience of navigating change to meet the individual needs of each client. Her areas of expertise are in coaching people facing career changes or managing personal or business challenges. She also coaches managers and leaders to develop leadership behaviours and build high performing teams.
Ros is a Certified Coach, having completed the Certificate of Professional Development in Coaching from The School of Coaching and The University of Strathclyde. in 2001. She is also a Coach Supervisor, having attained an accredited Diploma in Coaching Supervision from the Coaching Supervision Academy in 2010. In addition she is an MBTI Step 1 & 2, Strong and TMS accredited practitioner as well as a Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Licensed Firework Career Coach.
Ros’s style of coaching is one of flexibility and openness, inquisitive and curious by nature, she is not afraid to ask challenging questions and balances doing so by tuning into her intuitive side to best serve her clients.
