Your retreat will be hosted by Karyn Prentice and Elaine Patterson. Karyn and Elaine will facilitate the Retreat with a light touch and through an eclectic mix of personal reflection, guided meditations, movement, crafts, journaling, yoga, creative and sensory exercises, camp fires, labyrinth walks, community conversation, companionship and generous hospitality. The Retreat is eligible for 20 hours CPD. Their creative partnership has at its core, the exploration of our human natures in nature and uses Mother Nature as our guide and supervisor.
