A superb team of international programme leaders, trainers, tutors, webinar leaders and supervisors supports the CSA Diploma programme – wherever it is delivered. This multi-layered support is one of the distinguishing features of the Diploma, ensuring that each student has input from a number of experienced coach supervisors throughout the programme. They are also exposed to many different ways of working as they develop their own supervisor skills.
Quality control is very important to us here at CSA; each member of the faculty, is not only an experienced, accredited CSA graduate in regular supervision, but each one has also shadowed on at least two further programmes, post graduation, before being selected. All members of faculty attend planning meetings and are mentored by the co-founders of CSA.
We provide the very best learning experiences for our students and the quality of the CSA Diploma in Coaching Supervision depends in no small measure on the exceptional quality, experience and support within the CSA faculty.

Biographical Info
| I am an independent coach, team coach, and coaching supervisor and I work with executives, managers and professionals across many sectors. The issues clients raise often involves complexity, change, leadership, performance management, and communication.
My background is in learning and development consultancy, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation, with experience of managing in a multinational environment. I work as a coaching supervisor to many professional coaches, and have set up a number of coach supervision groups. I am accredited as a coach by the Association for Coaching (AC) and as a supervisor by CSA. I also benefit from regular supervision and actively maintain my CPD/learning, to sustain my development and accreditation. I hold professional indemnity insurance cover. Since 2009 I’ve been an active Board Member and co-founder of the Association Of Coaching Supervisors (AOCS) – a not-for-profit organisation set up to promote coaching supervision and to help coaches and others seeking supervision worldwide to find qualified supervisors easily. I believe supervision is a safe reflective place for people acting as a leader, manager-as-coach, experienced coach or mentor, consultant, or project leader, to explore their own work in partnership with a skilled and respectful professional. |
