CSA’s Founders
CSA was co-founded by Fiona Adamson, Edna Murdoch and Miriam Orriss in 2001 to address the lack of supervision options for executive coaches. CSA has since gone on to evolve, develop and expand under the pioneering leadership of its Directors Edna Murdoch and Miriam Orriss.
Now, CSA’s highly acclaimed programmes and best selling book have since gone on to achieve global recognition and success.
Working with their new Director Elaine Patterson, Edna and Miriam are now delighted to bring all that CSA has learnt about how people develop, to help leaders and their teams lead from all of “WHO they are”. Our purpose is to help leaders to shine in their own uniqueness to allow others to shine in theirs so that everyone’s creativity and potential is freed in service of what is needed.
