I am writing to let you know about a survey that is about to be launched by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), relating to the skills and capabilities associated with practicing as a supervisor of coaches and mentors.
The survey aims to collect feedback from practicing supervisors on the EMCC supervision competence framework, in order to develop the next version of this important document.
The intention of the survey is to root the EMCC Supervision Competence Framework in the experience of active supervisors so that it develops as a tool that is relevant and of practical use to supervisors everywhere.
We think it will take about 30 minutes to complete. Participants may also nominate themselves, if interested, to attend a focus group to discuss the results.

The survey will be open throughout June 2018.
You do not need to be familiar with the EMCC supervision competence framework already and you do not need to be a member of EMCC. All the relevant information is included in the survey.
