Senior Training Team

CSA’s Accredited Diploma in Coaching Supervision is delivered and supported by a superb team of trainers and tutors – all of whom are experienced trainers, senior executive coaches and accredited supervisors. The team bring a wide range of coaching experience and knowledge to the programme and ensure that delegates are well resourced and exposed to high level of teaching and facilitation.

  • Leanne Lowish

    Leanne Lowish obtained her Diploma in Coaching Supervision in 2006/7. She is an AC accredited coach, a psychosynthesis counsellor and a qualified trainer and workshop faciliatator.

  • Karyn Prentice

    Karyn Prentice is a qualified accredited coach (EMCC), accredited CSA Coach Supervisor with international experience. Karyn is part of the Senior Teaching Team at CSA and a Tutor for the Supervision Diploma programme. She is also a part of the team pioneering CSA and coaching supervision in the US and Ireland, and will be supervising on the French CSA programme. Her coaching and supervision practice serves private and corporate clients, individuals, groups and teams.

    Karyn works in a wide range of organisational settings including music, corporate and global organisations and partnerships, fine wine, banks, the NHS and extensively in universities and education. Karyn is also known for developing and facilitating leadership programmes and distinctive learning events (coaching, leadership programmers & workshops) that are creative, stimulating and practical.

    Karyn is a UKCP accredited transpersonal psychotherapist and a Director of the Centre for Transpersonal Psychology.

  • Monica Ross

    Monica Ross – Senior Course Tutor with CSA – is an ICF Accredited coach and accredited Supervisor with CSA. Trained in Transactional Analysis with a particular emphasis on working with Leaders in organizations and with groups. Monica works with coaches and clients in Ireland and internationally; cross-cultural communication and intercultural awareness are her areas of specialism having provided language and culture training to international executives for 17 years.

    She is passionate about standards and ethics in coaching and supervision , currently Co-President of the ICF Chapter in Ireland. She also holds the role of spokesperson for Accreditation, CPD and Supervision on the Steering Group of Coaching Alliance in Ireland – an alliance of the four main coaching organizations in Ireland.

    Monica is an Executive Coach, Coaching Supervisor and Facilitator with a transpersonal approach. She is a trained energy therapist with a particular interest in how we communicate and manage our energy in our work with clients.

    Monica is an accredited provider of several personality and team profiles including MBTI, Belbin, Team Management, Emotional Intelligence and also trained in the Enneagram.

    Alison works as a Coaching Supervisor with Executive Coaches, co-creating collaborative learning relationships that support their personal and professional development, to ensure that they deliver the best possible service to their clients either as external or in-house coaches. She completed a 3-year Diploma in Supervision during 2006. She regularly attends experiential workshops and supervision conferences to refresh her thinking and practice. She continues to work with her own supervisor who oversees all her client work. She has successfully completed her Professional Doctorate in Coaching Supervision.

    Alison has been delivering coaching supervision workshops at EMCC and ICF coaching conferences in UK, Europe and Australia since 2004, sharing her learning and experience in the diverse aspects of reflective practice encompassed in the field of supervision. Since 2007 she has developed and delivered Ethical Awareness Workshops across the UK for EMCC members, exploring ethical dilemmas using case studies and role play.
