  • Leanne Lowish

    Leanne Lowish obtained her Diploma in Coaching Supervision in 2006/7. She is an AC accredited coach, a psychosynthesis counsellor and a qualified trainer and workshop faciliatator.

  • Karyn Prentice

    Karyn Prentice is a qualified coach, accredited coach-mentor supervisor with international experience. She works in a wide range of organisational settings including music, accountancy partnerships, food and wine, and extensively in universities. She is also a linguist.

    Karyn founded Fletcher-Prentice & Associates in 1995, and designs and delivers distinctive, memorable, personalised learning events (coaching, leadership programmes & workshops) that are creative, stimulating and practical.

  • Sam Magill

    Sam Magill is accredited as a Master Certified Coach  (MCC) by the Internaltional Coach Federation (ICF). He studied coaching at the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara, one of the pioneering schools of coaching in the United States. He was a member of the core faculty at the Hudson Institute from 2002 to 2008 when he resigned to spend a sabbatical year in France in order to experience a broader array of humanity. As a graduate of CSA, Sam is one of the few accredited coach supervisors in the US and is providing thought leadership to his local chapter of ICF where he is the President Elect.

    Sam’s background includes 30 years as coach and organization development consultant, including nine at The Boeing Company. Consequently, he brings a rich understanding of the issues faced by internal and external coaches. He now provides training and supervision for internal coaches as well as individualized supervision, coaching and leadership interventions. He is at home working with individuals and meetings of hundreds of participants.

    Colleagues and clients alike experience Sam as someone who works from a resonant heart and curious intellect. When asked who his favorite clients are, he responds, “Human Beings!” and he is passionatly regards the humanity of coaches and clients as being the foundation upon which everything else is possible. When working with Sam, coaches receive support for their own Equilibrium, Ethics and Effectivenss.

    Gilles ROY is a senior international HR Consultant, Executive Coach and Trainer, based in South of France.

  • Monica Ross

    Monica Ross – Senior Course Tutor with CSA – is an ICF Accredited coach and accredited Supervisor with CSA. Trained in Transactional Analysis with a particular emphasis on working with Leaders in organizations and with groups. Monica works with coaches and clients in Ireland and internationally; cross-cultural communication and intercultural awareness are her areas of specialism having provided language and culture training to international executives for 17 years.

    She is passionate about standards and ethics in coaching and supervision , currently Co-President of the ICF Chapter in Ireland. She also holds the role of spokesperson for Accreditation, CPD and Supervision on the Steering Group of Coaching Alliance in Ireland – an alliance of the four main coaching organizations in Ireland.

    Monica is an Executive Coach, Coaching Supervisor and Facilitator with a transpersonal approach. She is a trained energy therapist with a particular interest in how we communicate and manage our energy in our work with clients.

  • Marianne Craig

    Marianne Craig was awarded Master Certified Coach credential by the ICF in 2005 and has worked as a personal and career coach for ten years, with a consistently full practice.

    Her coach clients include executive and personal coaches. She enjoys supporting coaches who are working towards accreditation. Marianne graduated from CSA in 2007 and has supervised many new and experienced coaches.

    She trains and licences coaches to use her Firework Career Coaching Programme. Marianne is based in Brighton and works face to face locally and internationally by telephone.

  • Ian MacKenzie

    Management Trainer, Coach Supervisor and Coach, Ian has been helping to develop individuals and organisations for over 25 years.

    Ian is known for his combination of clarity and empathy.

    Along with his work as a coach supervisor, Ian has run workshops in organisations ranging from the Department for Education to Coca-Cola, on subjects including Leadership, Performance Management, Coaching and Mentoring Skills and Communication.

    He has worked with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, particularly concentrating on transitions – working in the midst of uncertainty and change, discovering or re-discovering a sense of identity and purpose.

    As well as having a wealth of experience in a wide range of organisational settings, Ian also has a particular interest in applied psychology, meditation and the application of mindfulness. He lives in Brighton and works, he says, “anywhere I’m needed”.
