Being a supervisor is sharing my CSA training gift : I got access to my wholeness melting that professional part of me, trained in “how to be a good coach” with that personal one embarked on a spiritual journey through compassion, heart openess, unconditional acceptance. I see my role as providing to coaches that secure space to take a breather, reconnect their internal compass, reflect and get insights. The conversation dynamics are anchored in collegiality, transparency and mutual respect.
I also provide Mentor Coaching for those who are willing to better understand and embody the ICF 11 Core Coaching Competencies and /or willing to get ICF credential.
I lean on more than 20 years professional experience in marketing and human resources and I have been coaching since 2008 at Executive levels. I have also an international coaching experience in Mauritius during more than 5 years (2009/2014).

To-day Coach for Senior Leaders and Entrepreneurs and Coach Supervisor at “Accompagnement et Supervision” and Professor of Leadership Development at “EMLYON Business School”.
Graduate in Psychology and in Management Science (PHd), I have a triple activity of teaching, research and support in the field of management with a process of self development of individuals and teams.
Specialities : new generations as a lever of transformation of firms, leadership as a vector of innovation and mobilizer of collective intelligence, art of leading individual and collective changes, psychological violence and over-commitment, detection and management of talent, coaching and supervision.
