Biography
Kai Foong is an international executive coach, having worked with senior business leaders globally (CEOs/Presidents) of Fortune 500/Global 1000 organization across financial services, building and cement industry, pharmaceuticals, high technology, oil and gas, and regional Asian family businesses for the last 20 years. Kai Foong works with her clients by creating a space to explore both the identity of the leader (being) and the requisite skills and experiences (doing) to enable growth to the next level. In coaching supervision she creates a space for her supervisees to reflect on how they show up in the moment and attain a sense of perspective holistically using their full self with curiosity. She believes that it is the ethical responsibility of coaches to continue work on their own self exploration and identity in order to bring their best selves to the client work and also to be in full contact with themselves as a philosophy of living one’s life.
