Find a CSA Leadership Supervisor

My background is in learning and development consultancy, coaching, mentoring, and facilitation, with experience of managing in a multinational environment.

I work as a coaching supervisor to many professional coaches, and have set up a number of coach supervision groups.

I am accredited as a coach by the Association for Coaching (AC) and as a supervisor by CSA. I also benefit from regular supervision and actively maintain my CPD/learning, to sustain my development and accreditation. I hold professional indemnity insurance cover.

Since 2009 I’ve been an active Board Member and co-founder of the Association Of Coaching Supervisors (AOCS) – a not-for-profit organisation set up to promote coaching supervision and to help coaches and others seeking supervision worldwide to find qualified supervisors easily.

I believe supervision is a safe reflective place for people acting as a leader, manager-as-coach, experienced coach or mentor, consultant, or project leader, to explore their own work in partnership with a skilled and respectful professional.
