Kees de Vries, I am a dancer.

Being a coach and supervisor is being a dancer.
Dancing is being in flow, having a relationship and having trust.
And then of course there is rhythm, moving and exploring together, having fun, making turns, according to the music.
I start with a cautious foxtrot. We feel each other, I sense what you want.
As an expert dancer, I’ll lead you to look good, to feel good, and I make you shine.
The knowing is in the body, not in the theory.
Not knowing is the essence in dancing. Not knowing ignites curiosity that keeps us in motion together.
And that creates room for discovering more possibilities and new moves, for breakthroughs and the unprecedented.
And of course for enhancement of the moves you already make in your practice.
Leadership, progress and results are all about relationships and driven by the person you are.
That is my motto for my coaching and supervision.

I am an accredited coach (PCC status) with 30 years of experience, and active member of the International Coach Federation.
Furthermore: ~ masters in work & organisation psychology, ~ registered psychologist NIP/W&O, ~ executive and life coach, certified by Hudson Institute of Coaching,
~ CSA accredited Coaching Supervisor, ~ certificate for attending Team Coaching Supervision Programme by Allison Hodge Associates.

The ICF awarded me with the 2014 President’s Award for outstanding work to promote coaching in a humanitarian capacity.
For eight years I have been active in the ICF’s Ethics Independent Review Board.
Currently I am developing thoughts about ethics for the coaching supervision practice.

I have been a coach and supervisor for over 20 years and an accredited supervisor with CSA since 2006. My professional background includes senior learning and development and project management roles in the NHS, with university/postgraduate sector and the voluntary sector. I have done training and gained qualifications in career counselling, training management, psychosynthesis, transactional analysis and working with the Enneagram. I also have an MSc in facilitating change ( Surrey University). And a diploma in Garden Design!
I currently supervise executive and leadership coaches working with corporate and public sector clients and I coach people making significant personal and work transitions. ( for example stepping up to Board level or making a mid-life career change).
Over recent years I have been developing my own personal mindfulness practice and have now completed my training to integrate this into my work as a coach and supervisor. Working with mindfulness in supervision improves the quality of presence for me and my supervisee and I believe enables us to look at the work more openly and see it more clearly.

As an executive coach, coaching supervisor and facilitator Kathryn draws on the knowledge and perspectives gained from almost 10 years of executive coaching experience and 3 plus years as a coaching supervisor. She comes with a joyous commitment to lifelong learning and her beliefs in the resourcefulness of her clients and supervisees.

Her leadership experience in business (including as Publisher, CEO and President of the Los Angeles Times) and on the boards and as Chair of non-profit organizations has given her a real world understanding of organization and systems dynamics.

In her coaching supervision practice, she works with executive coaches, with a variety of experience, to deepen their resourcefulness and resiliency, learn about themselves and explore their work. She co-creates a sacred space for coaches to reflect on and about their body of work. One of her core values in this work is that deepening one’s personal understanding will enable one to deepen their professional understanding. She believes in holistically approaching supervision with a focus on the self as coach. Most her supervision is done in groups of 5-6 coaches.

Her work is informed by deep reflection and integration of the Brené Brown approach to authenticity, resiliency, wholehearted living and The Daring Way. She is a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator.

She lives with her husband, and two dogs in Santa Barbara, California. In addition to being a grandmother and favorite Aunt, she loves walking on the beach, cooking, and international ballroom dance.

José believes that being conscious of one’s own mental models helps one recognize and define differences when working with diverse people and teams. Driven by a keen interest in arts and dance, he has also helped professionals increase their awareness through the use of movement, voice and expression. He brings experience working with clients from a wide range of industries such as the financial sector, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, oil/gas and government organizations, to name just a few.
Prior to his current career, José worked as a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. He later contributed to the Center for Creative Leadership in several roles in their EMEA and APAC offices. In his last position with CCL as an Enterprise Associate and Faculty, he worked closely with the Client Solutions group to customize and facilitate leadership development programs, planning, directing and assisting in the design and delivery of custom program activities in collaboration with global clients and CCL staff.
José holds a degree in clinical psychology from the University of São Paulo in Brazil as well as a post-graduate diploma in psychology from Vrije Universiteit.
He is certified in several personality as well as 360 assessments.

Je travaille depuis 25 ans dans l’accompagnement des personnes et des organisations, comme formateur, coach, conférencier, psychopraticien et superviseur.  Ma mission est de les aider à trouver la meilleure expression de « qui ils sont » dans l’environnement dans lequel ils évoluent.

Après une courte carrière de musicien de jazz et rock, j’ai exercé des fonctions de management dans une grande entreprise publique, que j’ai quitté en 1996 pour m’installer en indépendant.

Aujourd’hui j’interviens dans des grandes organisations et des PME sur du coaching individuel et d’équipe. J’ai développé une expertise autour de la transition salarié indépendant et j’accompagne des professionnels de l’accompagnement dans le développement conjoint d’eux même et de leur activité.

Je supervise en groupe à Paris au sein de Trajectives et à Toulouse.

Je supervise aussi en individuel, notamment par skype et accueil des coachs en coaching résidentiel, au contact de la nature.

Mon style d’accompagnement est pragmatique, perspicace, intégratif et à cœur couvert
