James is a Board Member of the International Coach Federation, Taiwan (ICFT) and teaches Organizational Behaviour and Marketing at university. He obtained his MS in Environmental Engineering and MBA. He is a certified professional coach (PCC, ICF). James has coached leaders across management levels ranging from entry positions to the C-Suite. He has coached executives across a variety of industries including Electronic, Automotive, Chemicals, Cosmetics, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Technology, and Trading across many countries.

Après une formation d’une année avec l’équipe CSA, Anne participe 6 fois par an à un groupe d’Intervision composé de 3 autres superviseurs expérimentés d’horizons complémentaires au sien : Pnl, Gestaltiste, MBTI. Par ailleurs, elle poursuit son développement personnel par des actions de formation et d’auto-formation.

Coach, médiateure professionnelle certifiée, Anne accompagne depuis 2003 des dirigeants, des managers et leurs équipes, dans des projets de transformation qui intègrent plusieurs dimensions de l’entreprise, de l’organisation, du système, et avant tout, celle …humaine. Anne est aussi Formatrice de coachs qu’elle accompagne et supervise dans leur préparation à leur diplôme ou leur certification (depuis 2007).

Sim Choo is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and accredited Coach SuperVisor accredited with CSA Diploma in Coaching Supervision. She is part of a thriving global community passionate about Coaching Supervision and Executive Coaching, whilst conducting supervision of international coaches from Europe, US and Asia Pacific amongst others.

Over the last 30 years, she is grateful for the opportunities to collaborate across borders as a Leader and passionate Talent Mentor. Driven transformation initiatives for the clients as she transitioned and coached the staff to embrace a growth mindset. Her career spanned organizations, including IBM where she was consistently recognized for her professional tenacity and strategic perspective, when engaging with C-suite levels.

As the Innovation Coach, Clients have successfully envisioned possibilities, re-framed themselves, feeling excited in initiating powerful initiatives. She assesses ICF Coach certification. Served on ICF Malaysia board 2016-2018. She is an accredited Coaching Supervisor of Association of Coaching Supervisors.

She has more than 25 years of global business development experience working to Board level with FTSE 50 and entrepreneurial companies, in Russia, North and South American and throughout Europe. Suzanne has been working internationally with senior leaders and their teams as an executive coach and mediator since 2005. She has in depth experience of working with a broad range of clients and organisational cultures included the FTSE 50, professional partnerships, the military, finance and investment, pharma, third sector and FMCG industries.
Suzanne’s previous commercial experience includes Ernst & Young, DeAgostini (Italy) and Rand McNally (US),the BBC and Dorling Kindersley. As Account Director for Ernst & Young, she led client relationship and strategy (FTSE 50 relationships), coached for performance and ran the selection of Business Development Professionals. It is this client focus that really drives Suzanne: aligning personal, professional and commercial needs to create sustainable, systemic growth for leaders, their business and their teams. In addition to bespoke tailored work, Suzanne has been selected to deliver on a number of pioneering Leadership Programmes within professional services, pharmaceutical, financial and sporting industries.

Accredited as a coach supervisor in 2013, coaching supervision forms a small and very important part of Suzanne’s practice. She offers group and 1:1 supervision to those working in complex organisational settings
